Rebecca guides you through the course, studying over 30 grape varieties and tasting over 35 wines to illustrate WSET's Level 2 tasting approach. Classes are held in a private room at Winchester's Wessex Hotel, overlooking the Cathedral. We will cover the syllabus, wine tasting, and revision throughout the sessions. Your pack will be provided on day one or can be collected in advance in central Winchester or Central London. The Course syllabus will be covered from: 8.45-9.00am Arrival 9am-11am Syllabus study sessions 11.00-11.15 Break 11.15am-1.15pm Syllabus study sessions 1.15pm-2.00pm break 2.00-4.00pm.
