Service Description

This is a challenging course to accomplish in eight weeks and requires your dedication to study. It includes 30 hours tuition with Rebecca, tasting calibration with Rebecca, revision with Rebecca and lots of encouragement. A minimum of 54 hours extra private study is advised and expected in addition. However, the Level 3 journey is scenic, tasteful, rewarding and hopefully great fun too.
